LIBRARY INSTRUCTIONS:
Select a report from list of reports on the left by clicking on a report name,
you will be shown a sample of the report (requires your browser to be enabled to handle Adobe Acrobat PDFs).
PURCHASING INSTRUCTIONS:
If you see a report or reports you like, click the "Add to Cart" icon at the
top when viewing the sample or description of the report you would like. The report will be added to your cart in a new window.
Click Continue Shopping if you want to purchase more reports
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:
Once you have purchased your reports, you will receive 2 confirmations by email.
The first confirmation will be regarding your payment being received, the second will be to let you know your reports are available
for download in our client section. You will need to login with your email address and password (this will be provided in the second email).
Please allow 24 hours for processing, although most orders are fulfilled within a few hours.
