GRASP Agent is the first browser-based application in the GRASP suite of tools designed especially for use with the TRAMS back office accounting system.

GRASP Agent automates the time-consuming task of running multiple reports to determine commission payments to inside and outside agents. These reports are usually done by manually printing reports and re-entering the information into a spreadsheet program and then distributed to agents.

GRASP Agent allows you to define your multiple select criteria by defining report sections. Values can be calculated against sections as well as threshold type reporting, where an agent is paid if they meet a certain criteria.

GRASP Agent runs on your web-server, or one provided by GRASP Technologies, and only requires Internet Explorer to run. You can control agent access to the system, allowing them to see only their data, which eliminates the need for printing and distributing individual reports!
