  1. Select a Rule to Process
    • Select a Rule from the list and click the Process Button

  2. Enter Rule Criteria
    • Next, you will be prompted to enter required criteria for the selected Rule. All Rules require a Date Range and then may have a series of other criteria that are required. Each of these Criteria will have simple instructions explaining what is being selected.

    • Once you have set all of the select criteria, click Continue >.

  3. Wait Patiently While Processing
    • Processing could take a while depending on the date range selected and the complexity of the cleansing being performed. Be patient. You will be prompted with a message indicating the number of records processed by the cleansing rule. Click OK when you see this. It indicates processing is complete.
