Void Hotel and Car Duplicates On Conf# allows you to Void the old duplicated Car and Hotel Records keeping only the most recent record. This usually occurs when an agent re-issues a ticket without voiding the hotel and car segments. We void those old records for you keeping the hotel and car with the appropriate ticket information where possible.
GRASP Prepare looks for duplicates where all of the following are the same:Select Criteria:
- Passenger/Traveler Name
- Record Locator (PNR)
- Confirmation Number
- Invoice Type
