• Setting Up Travel Types
  When GRASP Prepare first starts , you will be prompted to define your systems Travel Types.
  The left column contains your Travel Types as defined in TRAMS on the right hand side you will need to define whether the Travel Type is related to Air, Car, or Hotel.

• Setting Up Void Order
  In the lower right hand corner please select which transactions will be voided when processing for duplicates. When A ticket is reissued with A Hotel or Car segment, this determines whether the newest or oldest car records will be voided.
  
  NOTE:Most agencies select void oldest in order to keep the active flight booking and hotel and/or car record together for reporting.
  
  
• Remember To Save Your Settings!
  Please remember to click Save before closing Travel Types window
